Things you will need for making this craft:-
- A Diamond shaped bookmark. [Here is the link to the video of how to make a diamond shaped bookmark – Video]
- Paper
- Scissors
- Markers or Paint
- Fine tip black marker
- Glue
For the ‘Hero’ Medal.
Step 1. Paint or draw two dark blue stripes close to the edges.
Step 2. Cut out a circle with your paper.
Step 3. Color the circle with yellow or gold color.
Step 4. With a darker shade of yellow, paint or draw the spelling ‘HERO’.
Step 5. Border the letters with fine tip black marker.
Step 6. Glue the circle on the end of the the bookmark.
For the ‘You’re my hero’ medal.
It is the same process as the earlier medal, Just color the straps pink. Cut out a heart and color the border with light brown color to look like the cookie, leave a little white space almost about a millimeter, and color the rest of the inside part with mint green color as given image below and write ‘You’re my hero’ or whatever you want with white ink pen or paint and border with black marker on the mint green part.
